 Personally, I found myself absorbed in the characters' journeys and thoroughly enjoyed piecing together the puzzle of their lost memories. Altebrando's skillful storytelling kept me eagerly flipping pages, eager to uncover the truth alongside the characters. "The Leaving" is a testament to the power of suspense and psychological depth in contemporary fiction, leaving readers with much to ponder long after the final chapter.
